Shipping
Free First Class Shipping on Orders Over £10:
We’re pleased to offer free first-class shipping on all orders over £10! Whether you’re stocking up on greeting cards, prints, or other goodies, you can enjoy complimentary shipping on qualifying orders.
Flat Rate Fee of £2.45 for Orders Under £10:
For orders under £10, we charge a flat rate shipping fee of just £1.50. This ensures that even the smallest purchases are delivered to you quickly and affordably.
Shipping Method:
We primarily use Royal Mail’s first-class service for shipping orders. This ensures speedy delivery, with most orders arriving within 1-3 business days once dispatched. However, please note that shipping times may vary, especially during peak seasons or unforeseen circumstances.
Personalised Orders: For personalised orders or special requests, we’re happy to discuss alternative shipping methods to suit your needs. Simply reach out to our team, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your preferences.
Processing & Estimated Delivery Times
Most orders are processed and shipped within 3-4 business days using first class Royal Mail with the exception of personalised, pre-order, or bespoke pieces. Processing times for these products vary and will be discussed on placing an order.
Orders placed over the weekend will be processed as soon as possible on the following business day.
After your order has been processed with our team, you will receive a confirmation email to let you know when your order has been dispatched. Estimated delivery dates after dispatch are as below:
- UK: 1-3 days (Monday to Saturday)
At this time, we are not able to ship for guaranteed Saturday delivery. Please also keep in mind that most carriers do not deliver on holidays.
If you need to make a change to your shipping address, email us at abi@thewhitethistle.com as soon as possible. We can change the address as long as the package has not left our facility. Unfortunately, we cannot reroute any items once they have been shipped.
Digital Products
Digital products are available for instant download on the website as soon as you check out. An email with the digital file will also be sent to you within 24 hours.
We cannot ship internationally at this time but you can still purchase downloadable items and either print at home or take the file to a local print shop.
My Order Hasn’t Arrived
UK Orders
Please allow 7-10 business days for your order to arrive. If you or the recipient were out, a ‘Something for you’ card should have been left, or your order may also have been delivered to a neighbour. You can also check with your local post office if you think a delivery attempt could have been missed.
If your order has not arrived after 10 business days, please contact us with your order number and we will look into the details.
It still hasn’t arrived?
A parcel is considered lost if it has not been delivered within 25 working days. This timescale allows a parcel to be returned to sender (us), if this is the case we will contact you and let you know that it has been returned.
If your order has not arrived after this timeframe and it has not been returned to us, then we are happy to replace the order. In this instance we will need to ensure that your delivery address was supplied to us correctly.
